Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Foundation does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.

4. FCRA Compliance (Foreign Donations)

Where foreign contributions are accepted:

  • The Foundation complies strictly with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, and applicable rules

  • Foreign donations are received only through the designated FCRA bank account

  • Donor information is collected, stored, and reported as required by law

  • Foreign donors must ensure that their contribution complies with Indian laws and regulations

The Foundation reserves the right to decline or refund any foreign contribution that does not meet statutory requirements.

 

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or trade personal or donor data.

  • To payment processors and statutory auditors

  • To government authorities as required by law

  • For compliance with court orders or regulatory filings
